I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent who has been successfully selling properties in Piha, Karekare, Anawhata and Auckland City since 2001.

  

Having sold hundreds of properties under my own real estate company, Piha Property Brokers Limited, I observed the ever changing real estate market and the need for a more diverse way of promoting properties for sale.  In 2019 I decided to start trading under a more generic name, O'Neill & Associates Limited, a boutique real estate agency which has allowed for a more broad market reach for both vendor and purchaser.

I continue to offer a professional real estate service tailor-made to each vendor achieving the successful sale of your property with as little disruption to your daily life as possible.

02 marketing

Not everyone is the same and the selling process doesn't have to be a full on marketing campaign opening up your life, and property to everyone in the community and worldwide web.   Your property can be "silently" listed (only offered to selected buyers) or openly marketed. 

 

With a Virtual Tour, floor plan, extensive photos (including drone shots), videos 

and a database of vetted buyers, I can get your property sold with limited fuss.  

"Silent" listing:

01/ Family bach owned for years but is not being used as frequently. Could be interested in selling if the time and offer is right.

02/ Property is rented and you do not want to disrupt the tenants.  Circumstances change and could be interested in selling if the right offer came along.

03/ Not in a hurry to sell.  Considering for years about whether to make the move but have made no firm decisions.  An offer could come along with flexible terms i.e long settlement or being able to rent the property until you have purchased elsewhere.

04/ A very private person who is anxious about the whole marketing process and not comfortable with people knowing you are considering moving.

05/ Families with small children.  Stressed about having people through their house and having to keep it in order all the time whilst the property is on the market.

"Open" listing:

Ideal for those who actively wish to sell their property within a certain timeframe.  Your property will be sold backed with an extensive marketing 

campaign.
